Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details
When customers place an order via our ordering system, we need to know the customers' names, e-mail, phone numbers, and credit card details (if paying by credit card). This will enable us to process the payment via our payment gateway.
Our system and payment gateway are secured using SSL (secure server software) and multiple layers of encryption. So every data that is received, sent, and stored via our server is encrypted and protected. We don't store any customers' payment details to ensure customers' privacy and safety.
We collect customers' names, contact information, preferences, and other relevant information that we collect via surveys. We use this information to improve our products and services. We may also use this information to send some promotional content and contact customers for research purposes.

For customer who places an order to a restaurant via our ordering system and demanding a refund, you can contact the restaurant directly or we also can give you assistance. To receive our assistance regarding payment refunds, you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the email and understanding the issue, we will conduct a further discussion and give you updates regarding the payment issue.
